Egyptian chief delegate to the United Nations Ambassador Amr Abul Atta on Tuesday said that Egypt is supporting a peace agreement in Colombia.

In press statements, he added that Egypt voted in favor of a draft resolution, that was adopted by the UN Security Council whereby a political mission was formed to monitor the implementation of a peace agreement between the government of Colombia and the rebel Farc movement.
