Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs Ambassador Abdel Rahman Salah

Egypt took part Thursday in the first meeting of a working group on enhancing security in the areas freed from the Daesh militants, which was held in Berlin, Germany.
Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs Ambassador Abdel Rahman Salah led the Egyptian delegation to the meeting.
During the meeting, Salah stressed the importance of taking the principle of the "national property" into consideration in the operations which aims at establishing stability in Iraq and Syria.
He also asserted that Arabs should play a main role in supporting the Iraqi efforts to flush out the terrorist militias from the Iraqi territories.
