Joint troops from the Egyptian and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces conducted exercises, dubbed “Righteous Arrows”, hosted by the UAE.
This is the third joint exercise the UAE and Egypt had this year.
The previous two, Zayed 1 and Khalifa 1 were carried out in the UAE and Egypt, respectively.
Such exercises with the UAE help the military to gain experience with new equipment, and develop the capacity to operate under higher rates of efficiency and combat readiness, according to a statement issued by the Egyptian Armed Forces.
