Egyptian warships and fighter jets arrived in Bahrain on Wednesday to take part in the joint military exercise 'Hamad 1', the Egyptian Armed Forces said.

The Egyptian-Bahraini military exercise aims to exchange expertise and consolidate joint military coordination.

The joint exercise is held the framework of bilateral military cooperation and aims at boosting pan-Arab relations and joint Arab action.
