Egyptian Ambassador to Ethiopia Mohamed Idris held a dinner banquet on Saturday evening on the occasion of the end of tenure of Ethiopian Foreign Ministry spokesman Dina Mufti.
The banquet was attended by a number of senior officials of the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry, Egyptian embassy staff, foreign ambassadors and media figures.
The meeting comes within efforts to boost bilateral relations especially in the upcoming phase.
During the banquet, Idris pointed out at Mufti's role in fostering ties in all fields between Egypt and Ethiopia.
