Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi cabled greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In the cable, Sobhi also wished Egyptians prosperity and happiness.

Sobhi said the Armed Forces affirm their support to the president leadership for the nation and pledge to continue their role in securing the homeland and the people.

Also, the Chief of Staff Mahmoud Higazy sent a similar cable to the president.

Meantime, the defense minister and the chief of staff have sent their sincere greetings on Ramadan to the members of the Armed Forces.
