The cabinet under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab approved on Wednesday a presidential bill to establish some fist instance courts and amend the jurisdiction of some other courts of first instance.

Also, the cabinet approved allocating plots of land to set up a branch of South Valley University in the city of Luxor.
