The cabinet convened Wednesday under Premier Ibrahim Mahlab to discuss a host of political, economic and security files.

The talks also tackled security conditions and needed measures for confronting terror in view of preparations for parliamentary elections by the end of the year.

The talks also addressed preparations for mammoth national projects, which President Abdel Fattah El Sisi ordered their implementation.
