Authorities of the Cairo International Airport on Tuesday decorated all roads to the airport with the Egyptian and Chinese flags ahead of a visit scheduled to be paid by China's President Xi Jinping to Egypt Wednesday.

Also, tightened security measures were taken to receive the Chinese president.

During the visit, Xi Jinping will sign several agreements on projects at the Suez Canal Economic Zone and the civil aviation field.

He will also discuss joint projects to be launched in various fields.
