Head of the Egyptian Consular mission Howaida Abdel Rahman held a reception ceremony for newly-appointed Egyptian Ambassador Yasser Atef.

The ceremony, organized late on Tuesday, was attended by members of the Egyptian diplomatic mission and some Arab and foreign ambassadors accredited to Kuwait.

The new diplomat said he was happy to meet members of the Egyptian community to inquire about their conditions and know challenges facing them.

The ambassador has earlier greeted Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al Gaber al Sabah and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf al Ahmed al Gaber al Sabah over Eidul Adha.
