The Egyptian Embassy in Morocco on Wednesday expressed a firm rejection of any comments on verdicts issued by the Egyptian judiciary.

In a statement, the embassy stressed Egypt’s refusal to such “unacceptable” interference into the domestic affairs of the country.

Guarantees are provided by the Egyptian law for defendants to get fair and impartial trials through the different degrees of litigation, the statement read.

The statement came in response to comments on death sentences against the ousted president Mohamed Morsi and leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood.
