The High Elections Committee (HEC) has decided to form the elections commissions abroad from members of the diplomatic and consular corps.

Spokesman Omar Marwan said the HEC will not have commissions in countries witnessing conflicts such as Yemen, Syria and Libya.

HEC called on applicants to present their medical reports to the inspection commissions in due time.
