Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim inspected Monday the electronic information center at the department of traffic information systems.
The center can exchange all traffic data with all traffic departments in the various governorates.
The minister also inspected Monday the experimental project of one of the cars equipped with cameras and communication devices and all the necessary technical means to check cars on roads through revealing the data of car owners and know if the car is stolen or not.
Ibrahim issued directives to swiftly finalize the experimental process to start implementing the project in all traffic room operations in Egypt.
