Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa said Saturday that the Egyptian people have become integral part of the army.
"Egypt's army is not only those who fight on the frontier nor the policemen who stayed up over the night to keep security and stability, but also all the Egyptian people," the minister said in a statement.
"The army comprises all honorable citizens and we all are ready for sacrificing our lives for our country," he added.
