Egypt's Petroleum Minister Sherif Ismail on Monday arrived here for a one-day official visit.
During the visit, Ismail will hold talks with his Algerian counterpart Youcef Yousfi, who received him at the Houari Boumediene Airport, on ways to boost bilateral ties in the oil and energy cooperation domains.
They will wrap up talks on importing six cargoes of liquefied natural gas from Algeria.
The talks will also tackle cooperation between the two countries in view of the high Algerian-Egyptian committee which convened in Cairo on Nov. 13.
