Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab has spoken highly of the role of the judicial system in Egypt in defending citizens' rights, enforcing the rule of law and achieving justice.
Mahlab made the remarks during his visit to the State Council Saturday to congratulate Gamal Nada on assuming presidency of the council.
Nada said that national unity will protect the country, stressing support for government efforts and citizens' will to foil attempts to harm Egypt.
