Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab underlined that the cabinet will establish an African department such as the "Chinese" and "Russian" departments.
The department will follow up the relations between Egypt and the African countries and promote ties in different fields.
Transitional Justice Minister Ibrahim el Henidy said that African cadres will be trained in the academy affiliated to the house of representatives in the framework of the cooperation between Egypt and the African countries.
