Egypt's Ambassador to Palestine Wael Nasr said that unity of Egyptians will smash terrorism.

Addressing an Iftar banquet on Wednesday with members of the Egypyian community, Nasr warned that terror targets Egypt's army, people and future.

He asserted that the Egyptians are united behind their leadership.

North Sinai has recently witnessed terrorist attacks on security and army checkpoints.

Also a car bombing in Cairo claimed the life of prosecutor general Hesham Barakat.
