Egypt's Grand Mufti Shawqi Allam called on Tuesday on the Egyptian people to fully back the political and military leaderships in the country's war against terror groups.
"We are going through critical times of our country's history with terror hostilities surrounding us, which requires the unity of all Egyptians to help uproot terrorism," he said.
Allam's call came as some Muslim Brotherhood-linked TV channels propagated fake news about the causalities of Egypt's air raids in Libya.
