The Cabinet agreed during a meeting on Tuesday under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to dividing electoral constituencies to 235.
Mahlab said in statements after the meeting that a draft law on the issue will be approved during a meeting next week.
He added that the government will take the necessary measures to accelerate holding the coming parliamentary elections in a fair and transparent way.
