Defense and Military Production Minister Sedki Sobhi opened on Sunday a number of specialized centers at the Morale Affairs Department.
He lauded the technological and technical boom in the department and the way they care about the morale of the fighter.
Awareness, faith and high morale are the basics of building any fighter, he said.
