Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi left Cairo on Monday for Khartoum.
The two ministers are scheduled to take part in the eastern Nile Basin countries "Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia" meeting.
The meeting aims to promote cooperation and coordination on various important files, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Badr Abdel Aati said.
