Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry underlined that Egypt's foreign policy will focus in 2016 on backing stability in the country, entrenching Egypt's regional role and combating terror.
Addressing a seminar late Saturday at the Egyptian Association for International Law under the theme of the Egyptian foreign policy role in serving domestic development, he said the foreign policy will work on rallying support for serving the Egyptian economic development goals.
Egypt will also work on settling several Middle East and Arab crises, topped by the Palestinian cause, he said, noting that Egypt will also give priority to the African file.
The association chairman Moufeed Shehab attended the seminar along with a cluster of researchers and association members.
