Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim sent a cable of greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Monday, wishing him a happy new year.
In the cable, Ibrahim said that the police apparatus hopes the new year would be prosperous for Egypt and the Egyptian people.
