Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab chaired a meeting on Thursday of the Cabinet's "China unit."
The meeting was attended by the ministers of international cooperation, trade and industry, communications, health, transport and agriculture and head of the Suez Canal Authority and representatives of state institutions.
The meeting took up preparations for the president's upcoming China visit, during which several joint projects are expected to be floated.
International Cooperation Minister Naglaa el-Ahwany reviewed the main projects to be proposed by the Egyptian side in the coming phase.
Each attending minister also gave a detailed presentation about the projects.
