Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab blasted criticises who questioned his government's success in achieving its development policy.
Speaking at a Cabinet meeting Wednesday at the site of the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza city, Mahlab reiterated his government's commitment to giving priority to development projects.
He said many major development projects are being implemented, including the new Suez Canal, the one million feddans project, electricity plants, and new Metro lines.
"We are working hard around the clock to get these projects completed," the premier noted.
Mahlab added that the government approved a EGP 283 million funding for the Grand Egyptian Museum project, noting that the Japan would help finance the project with USD140 million.
