Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Tuesday inspected Salloum crossing to check on the situation along the borders with Libya.
Mahlab and his accompanying delegation inspected the emergency center of the crossing, calling for providing all facilities and removing all obstacles facing Egyptians, who desire to return home.
Earlier in the day, Mahlab inspected the World Heart Center in the coastal city of Matrouh.
He also opened the Egypt Public Library in the coastal city of Matrouh at a cost of 36 million pounds.
