Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab met on Sunday with North Sinai Governor Abdel Fattah Harhour.
They discussed the evacuation process for residents on the border line with the Gaza Strip. They tackled also ways of compensating the evacuees.
A number of developmental projects in the governorate were probed by the two sides.
