Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab ordered on Monday the formation of a committee to be tasked with drafting a law on the division of the constituencies of the parliamentary elections.
Chaired by the minister of transitional justice and House of Representatives, the committee will end the task in line with the provisions of the constitution and the reasons behind court rulings annulling the elections law.
The committee will also draw up a bill on the amendments on the law of the House of Representatives.
The two draft laws will be sent to the Cabinet before being reviewed by the legislative department of the State Council.
