Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Monday said heads of the political parties will be invited for a meeting on laws that are related to the next legislative elections.
The meeting, which will be chaired by Mahlab, will be attended by a panel that is tasked with drafting the electoral laws.
Mahlab said the government is keen on wrapping up the roadmap, which was announced after the ouster of president Mohamed Morsi.
The legislative vote is the third cornerstone of the roadmap.
