The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday received a written message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, pertaining to ties between the two countries, issues of common concern and the latest developments on regional and international scenes. 
The message was handed by Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Kuwait Dr Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Fayez.
