The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday received a message from Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan.
Kuwait News Agency said Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abraham handed over the message to the Emir of Kuwait during a meeting today.
It added that message dealt with bilateral relations between both countries and means of enhancing these relations in all fields, in addition to an invitation to the Emir of Kuwait to visit Armenia.
