President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has approved the new cabinet formation as submitted by Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Sheikh Khalifa wished success to the new ministers and thanked the previous ministers for the efforts made in serving their country during their tenure.
Following is the full list of the Cabinet, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Defence: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior: H.H. Lt-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Presidential Affairs: H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Minister of Finance: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Below are the biographies of the new education and justice ministers: Minister of Education Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi was born in 1966. He graduated from the University of Embry-Riddle in the United States. Prior to his appointment he has served in several educational posts, including: - Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Institute of Applied Technology - Board Chairman of Abu Dhabi Center for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) - Board member of the National Transport Authority - Board member of the Khalifa University.
He played an instrumental role in the technical education and vocational training fields and in aligning the country's educational system with the developmental requirements and empowerment of the Emirati workforce.
Minister of Justice Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi was born in 1963 and has a bachelor degree in law from the University of the United Arab Emirates. He served as the Under Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and is credited with his role in developing the department's technical and administrative affairs.
Al Badi also served as the head Al Ain Public Prosecution and Under Secretary of the Ministry of Justice. He was also assigned the tasks of Chief of Sharia Judiciary in Abu Dhabi.
