The Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology (ESMA) was ranked first in the 10th Middle East Government and City Customer Care Excellence Awards in Smart Government and Cities.

In a press release yesterday, Director-General of the ESMA, Abdullah Al Maeeni, said the authority was able to develop and improve its operations, thanks to highest levels of harmony and coordination achieved between different departments and sections, which led to significant streamlining of services provided to the customers.
