Ethiopia's Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegnsaid Thursday that his talks with South Sudan President Salva Kiir tackled theRenaissance Dam.Desalegn was quoted by the Ethiopian news agency as saying that he inquired aboutKiir's latest visit to Egypt, which the South Sudanese president said it had nothing todo with the Ethiopian dam.Kiir stressed that his government didn't object to establishing the dam and it wasready for signing the cooperative framework agreement on Nile River.If South Sudan signed the agreement, it will be the seventh state to do that afterEthiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi.
