The information ministers of the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold on Thursday an extraordinary meeting here.

The get-together will be under the Saudi Information Minister Adel al Toraifi.

The Head of the GCC Abdul Latif bin Rashid al Zayani said that the meeting will discuss means of promoting joint cooperation in light of the current conditions in the region.
