Rabaa el-Adawya

The total number of burnt corpses in the dispersal of Rabaa el-Adawya reached 37, including 7 charred persons and it was impossible to conduct autopsy on them, said Secretary General of the June 30 fact-finding panel Omar Marawan.
Marwan further said that autopsy was conducted on the remaining corpses and causes of injuries were known.
A number of MB supporters claimed that firebombs were used in starting fire in Rabaa protest camp, without giving an evidence for this, he added.
The panel reviewed the surveillance camera of Rabaa el-Adawya hospital and found that claims by a number of MB members about the killing of the injured inside the hospital by the police were untrue, he said.
He further said that the video showed that there was no verbal or physical attack against the injured.
The panel is tasked only with revealing truth and is not taking any sides, he went on to affirm.
The MB group did not submit any evidence regarding information or name lists about those who were killed in the dispersal of Rabaa el-Adawya sit-in, he said.
Marwan considered all criticism leveled against the final report of the panel, which was issued on November 26, as "non-objective".
The fact-finding committee was established by former interim President Adly Mansour to investigate violent acts which took place since June 2013.
