The Libyan army announced on Friday the oil-rich al Hilal city a safe area after Fajr Libya militants withdrew from Bin Jawad town.
In a statement, the army praised the Libyan air and artillery forces, as well as oil installations guards, for their efforts to liberate the town from militias.
It added that the Fajr Libya militants withdrew without any dialogue or reconciliation.
