Ramallah - MENA
The Fatah Movement condemned Friday the arrest of one of its senior members by the security apparatus in Gaza, saying it will not remain idle about it.
"We will not remain idle concerning detaining senior leader Ma'mon Swedan," Fatah spokesman Ahmed Assaf said.
Assaf described the arrest as a serious escalation that has many political repercussions for which Hamas will bear sole responsibility.
Such act adds to the series of crimes committed by Hamas against Fatah's members in Gaza, Assaf said.
