The Finance Ministry said on Sunday that it did not contact any international institution regarding the report issued by the Accountability State Authority (ASA) on the volume of corruption at the State institutions.

The Egyptian government will proceed with its plan to fight corruption at the State institutions, the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry did not receive any inquiry about this issue, assistant finance minister for public relations Ayman al Qaffas said.
