Civil defense forces on Sunday contained a fire that broke out in a fodder factory in Banha, with no injuries reported.

Banha Investigation Chief said he received a report on a fire at Tahla-Degwi road and informed the civil defense forces to rush to the site to contain the fire.

Initial inspection revealed that the fire was caused by an electric short circuit and there was not any criminal causes.

Prosecution was notified to launch a probe and assess the losses.
