Arab Parliament speakers continued on Thursday their meetings of the first Parliamentary conference at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo to discuss the agenda's proposed topics.

The conference is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and chaired by Egypt's Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel.

Also, they are slated to touch on the Arab Parliaments' role in developing approaches of joint Arab cooperation and correcting their paths as well as activating their mechanisms.

The Arab Parliament speakers are due to issue a final statement entitled the "Cairo Declaration".

This declaration, expected to be submitted to the upcoming Arab summit, clarifies the Arab parliamentary vision to face the current challenges.
