The Foreign Ministry is following up on Tuesday reports published in some Libyan media outlets about the kidnapping of some Egyptians in eastern Libya.
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry ordered the Egyptian ambassador in Tripoli to inquire about such reported incidents.
Also, contacts are underway to send the body of an Egyptian national, who was killed earlier in Libya, back to Egypt.
