Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri met with a group of youths who are supporting Egypt's bid to secure a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council in 2016.
The meeting was held at the diplomatic institute and attended by former foreign minister Mohamed el Orabi.
The vote for the non-permanent seats is expected to take place during the 70th UN General Assembly in October 2015.
