Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met on Sunday with Sudanese Presidential aide Abdel Rahman Sadek Mahdi for talks on boosting bilateral cooperation.
The two sides underlined the importance of holding the Egyptian-Sudanese higher committee, believing it is an important step for developing bilateral relations, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel Aati.
Shoukry underlined the importance of holding national dialogue in Sudan to settle any differences, the spokesman added.
