Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs and Egyptians Abroad Hisham el Naqeeb said that the Kuwaiti authorities announced new measures to ease the punishment of those who violate residency.

The measures topped by allowing the violators to leave without issuing deportation decisions against them as long as they willingly go to the Kuwaiti authorities to pay the fines imposed on their violations.

Naqeeb urged the Egyptians to quickly go to the Kuwaiti authorities to settle their conditions.
