Former Lebanese finance minister Mohammed al Safadi

Former Lebanese finance minister Mohammed al Safadi sent a consoling cable to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi offering condolences over the death of 21 Egyptian Christians who were decapitated by Daesh in Libya.
In the cable, Safadi said that Egypt is capable of combating terror.
He voiced solidarity with the Egyptians, asserting the big role of Egypt in eradicating terror and protecting the Arab world.
