Former Tunisian president Moncef Marzouki on Saturday launched a new political movement that known as Harak Chaab al Mouatinine "people’s movement of citizens".

Marzouki called on the Tunisian political powers to engage in building a political framework for the movement.

Speaking to a public conference, the former Tunisian president said that the launch of the movement is meant to stand against the return of dictatorship.
