France expressed its deep concern over the deteriorating conditions in Syria, especially in Aleppo where dozens of people were killed during the past days.
In statements on Monday, the Foreign Ministry spokesman Romain Nadal said that the Syrian regime, which shells the civilians, shoulders the responsibility of violating cease fire the matter which displaced many Syrians.
The spokesman expressed his concern over the difficulties faced during the entry of humanitarian aid, especially in the outskirts of Damascus.
The French diplomat stressed that the actions of the Syrian regime will render the Geneva negotiations a failure, adding that the regime should actively participate in them to start a new transitional phase according to the resolution of the United States Security Council (UNSC) number 2254.
