Cairo - MENA
The Democratic Generation Party (Geel) has condemned a blast that took place on Tuesday in central Cairo and left several people injured.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the party described the blast as a coward attack that defames the true image of Islam.
The party linked the terrorist attack to the death sentence given on the same day to top terrorist Adel Habara after being found guilty of killing 25 Egyptian policemen in Sinai last year.
Also, it called on the government to firmly crack down on all suspect terrorists and dry the fund sources of their groups.
Late on Tuesday, a bomb went off in downtown Ramsis Street leaving at least 13 people injured.
